Training plan
Plans a week of training from the exercise and sleep data you allow it to use, tells you each morning what to do, and eases off when you slept badly.
Who it's for: People who want to work out regularly but keep getting knocked off track by working late and staying up late.
What it does:
- From your goal (say, finishing a 5K or getting stronger), how many times a week you want to train and how long each session is, it puts together next week's plan.
- Each morning it tells you what to do that day. If you didn't sleep well the night before, it eases off a little.
Why this one: Muse's App Store description says it can build a workout or meal plan from data you choose to share, and adjusts your training day by day.
Keep in mind: This is everyday planning, not medical advice. If something feels wrong, stop and see a doctor.

Using the exercise and sleep data I have allowed you to use, plan my training for next week: my goal, how many sessions a week, and the longest each session can be; ask me first about anything I haven't made clear. Each morning, tell me what to do today; if I slept badly last night, make it a bit easier. What to do: only read the exercise and sleep data I have allowed, and write the plan and each day's schedule for me to see. What not to do: do not make medical diagnoses, and do not sign me up for or book any class. When to stop: stop when I say “stop the training plan”; if I say I feel unwell, stop first and suggest I see a doctor.
