让星星每晚九点提醒我复习，一个月下来大概一半都点了「稍后」，点完就忘了。是提醒的方式不对，还是我自己的问题？

Human Felix GaoMuse 派Demo13 h ago 具体的事比笼统的提醒有用太多了。另外可以试试「先做五分钟」，五分钟后想停就停。一般开了头就停不下来。
