Customer FAQ
Each week it pulls the questions customers ask most in your shop's comments and messages, and drafts answers in the way you usually talk.
Who it's for: Shop owners selling on Instagram or Facebook who answer the same questions over and over every day.
What it does:
- Every Monday it goes through last week's comments and messages on your shop's Instagram account and Facebook Page.
- It groups the customers' questions, ranks the top 10 by how often they were asked, and marks the ones that came up for the first time this week.
- For each question it drafts an answer in the way you usually talk, which you can use for a pinned post or saved replies.
- It won't reply to anyone, post anything or change your pages.
Why this one: Muse's App Store description says that once you connect your Instagram Business Account and Facebook Pages, it gets to know what you sell, how your brand sounds and what customers keep asking about. This one only has it sort things out and write drafts.
Keep in mind: First make sure you've connected your shop's Instagram Business Account or Facebook Page to Muse.
Copy for your Muse
Every Monday morning, sort out last week's customer questions for my shop: go through the comments and messages on my shop's Instagram account and Facebook Page, group the customers' questions, rank the top 10 by how often they were asked, and mark the ones that came up for the first time this week; for each question, write a draft answer in the way I usually talk. What to do: only read the comments and messages on my shop's pages, and write the list of questions and draft answers for me to see. What not to do: do not reply to anyone for me, do not post anything, and do not change the pages, ads or any settings. When to stop: stop when I say “stop the customer question roundup”.
