Internet or phone bill feeling too high? It finds today's public prices and deals and writes you a script to follow when you call.
Who it's for: People whose internet and phone bills keep creeping up, who want to push back but don't know how to start.
What it does:
- It finds the latest bill for the service in your inbox and works out your current plan and what it costs each month.
- It looks up the plans and new-customer deals the company offers publicly right now, and compares prices with two or three similar services.
- It writes a script for the phone call or online chat: how to open, which prices to point to, and what to say if they say no.
- It won't contact customer service, fill in any form, leave your contact details, change your plan or cancel anything.
Why this one: Muse's App Store description says you can hand it a whole job, like negotiating a bill down. This one only has it do the prep; you make the call.
