Get-together planner
Want to get a few friends together? It finds three times you're free, picks two or three places, and writes the message for your group chat.
Who it's for: People who usually end up organizing, and go back and forth on times and places every time.
What it does:
- You say who, roughly which weeks and what you'd like to do. It looks at the free time on your calendar and gives you 3 time options.
- Based on roughly where everyone lives and the budget per person, it picks 2 or 3 places, with one line on why for each.
- It writes a message you can send to the group chat, listing the times and places for everyone to choose from.
- Once people reply, you pass it on, and it works out the time the most people can make.
- It won't send messages or book anything, and it won't change your calendar.
Why this one: Muse's App Store description says it "manages scheduling conflicts" and books dinners, and that it follows up with people so plans don't slip. This one only has it make a plan and write drafts; you do the inviting.

Help me get some friends together: who, roughly which weeks, what we'd do, the budget per person and roughly where everyone lives; ask me first about anything I haven't made clear. Look at the free time on my calendar and give me 3 time options; pick 2 or 3 places that fit the locations and budget, with one line on why for each; then write a message I can send to the group chat listing the times and places for everyone to choose from. Once people reply, I'll pass it on to you, and you work out the time the most people can make. What to do: only read my calendar and look up public information about places, and write the plan and the draft group message for me to see. What not to do: do not send a message to anyone for me, do not book anything for me, and do not change my calendar. When to stop: stop once the time and place are settled, or when I say “never mind”.
