Health summary
A daily summary of yesterday, compared with your own last 30 days, mentioning only what's different.
Who it's for: People who sleep with a ring or a watch on and never look at all the scores and charts in the app.
What it does:
- Every day at noon it writes up yesterday: your sleep (compared with your own last 30 days), how recovered you are today, and how active you were yesterday.
- No raw numbers. It just tells you what's different from usual and what might be behind it.
- It only reads the data you've allowed, doesn't diagnose anything, and doesn't send your data to anyone. It stops when you tell it to.
Why this one: Muse's App Store description says it works from the data you choose to share and keeps an eye on your sleep and wellness ("monitors sleep and wellness").
Keep in mind: This is an everyday read on your data, not medical advice. If you keep feeling unwell, or a number stays off for a long time, see a doctor.

Every day at noon, give me a health summary for yesterday: how I slept last night (compared with my own last 30 days), how recovered I am today, and how active I was yesterday. No raw numbers; just tell me what's different from my usual and what might explain it. What to do: only read the sleep, heart rate and activity data I have allowed you to use, and write the summary for me to see. What not to do: do not make medical diagnoses, do not give medication advice, and do not send my health data to anyone. When to stop: stop when I say “stop the health summary”; if I haven't looked at it for 7 days in a row, ask me first whether to keep going.
